Tenses

Verbs do not change for tense. The particle me indicates the general past tense and the particle ke indicates the general future tense. There is no perfect tense.

Wo gia - I go
Wo me gia - I went
Wo ke gia - I will go

If a verb happened in a specific time period, the particles are not required, as the tense can be inferred from the context.

Wo ant-hiu gia - I went yesterday
Wo post-hiu gia - I will go tomorrow
